Key Responsibilities

  • Develop Customer Success Metrics: Create and execute account strategies to ensure customer satisfaction and success.
  • Build Trust with Customer Accounts: Foster open and interactive communication to build strong, lasting relationships with our clients.
  • Virtual Meetings: Schedule and attend virtual meetings using Zoom and other platforms to present benefits programs and discuss client needs.
  • Account Management: Monitor, identify, and mitigate account-level risks, identify up-sell opportunities, align product and customer roadmaps, and deliver customer renewals.
  • Client Enrollment: Present different benefits programs to families, enroll new clients, and open new accounts.
  • Portfolio Management: Oversee and prioritize each customer in your portfolio, ensuring timely and effective service.

Qualifications and Skills

Essential Qualifications

  • US or Canadian Citizenship: You must be a US or Canadian citizen to be considered for this role.
  • Passion for Helping Others: A genuine desire to assist and support others is crucial for success in this position.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: You should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
  • Self-Motivation and Teamwork: The ability to work as a productive team member while being self-motivated is essential.
  • Multi-Tasking: Proficiency in multi-tasking is required to manage multiple client accounts and responsibilities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Computer Proficiency: Being proficient with computers is a must, and experience with Zoom or similar platforms is preferred but not required.
  • Relationship Building: The ability to form and grow solid relationships with client accounts is highly valued.
