We're now seeking an experienced and professional Customer Service Representative to join our team on a full-time, work-from-home basis.

About the Role: Providing Personalized Customer Support

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of Arvig, interacting with our customers via phone, email, or other digital channels. Your primary goal will be to provide timely, effective, and personalized solutions to their queries, concerns, or issues. You will be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries in a prompt, courteous, and professional manner
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues efficiently, ensuring a positive experience
  • Providing accurate and up-to-date information about Arvig's products and services
  • Managing multiple customer interactions simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, and meeting productivity standards
  • Maintaining customer records and updating relevant systems
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience

Essential Qualifications: What We're Looking For

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • A minimum of one year of experience in a customer service-related field, preferably in a call center or similar environment
  • A strong understanding of excellent customer care concepts and practices
  • Proficiency in computer skills, including internet browsers, email, and ability to learn new software applications
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to communicate professionally with customers
  • Ability to handle private and confidential information with discretion
  • A strong work ethic, demonstrating dependability, thoroughness, and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications: Additional Skills That Will Set You Apart

While not mandatory, the following skills and experiences will be considered a plus:

  • Previous work experience in a call center or similar customer-facing environment
  • Good conflict resolution skills, with the ability to de-escalate tense situations

Schedule and Work Environment: Flexibility and Autonomy

We're offering full-time shifts, available on the following schedules:

  • Tuesday through Saturday from 1 pm to 9 pm
  • Sunday through Thursday from 1 pm to 9 pm

This is a work-from-home position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your primary residence located in an Arvig service area. You'll need to have a dedicated workspace and a reliable internet connection.
