  • Process flight changes, cancellations, and refunds as per company policies.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Delta Airlines' products, services, and promotions to effectively assist customers.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately in the system to maintain clear records and improve service delivery.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure customer needs are met efficiently.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and service skills.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented mindset, with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required; we will provide comprehensive training to ensure your success.
  • A reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace to ensure you can work effectively from home.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends, as needed.
