We're now seeking an exceptional Customer Success Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers achieve their desired outcomes with our SaaS software.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals who are passionate about making a meaningful impact. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of customers, driving their success with our Loyalty Experience Platform. Your mission will be to understand their goals, provide strategic guidance, and ensure they maximize the value of our software.

Key Responsibilities

  • Autonomously manage communication with 20+ customers, leveraging a cross-functional team of technical managers, designers, developers, and QA personnel for support
  • Proactively analyze customer performance, providing education on best practices and strategies to drive engagement and increase ROI
  • Serve as the primary interface for managing and resolving critical situations, ensuring prompt and effective issue resolution
  • Develop and maintain deep expertise in Annex Cloud products, including current and future enhancements, and their integration with customer eCommerce, ESP, and POS platforms
  • Provide expert customer insights to Product Management, Marketing, and Sales teams, driving innovation and continuous improvement opportunities
  • Identify opportunities for upsells within the platform, collaborating with internal stakeholders to drive growth
  • Accomplish other tasks as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of experience in customer-facing account management, preferably in software or web development, with a focus on Customer Experience (CX)
  • A proven track record of maintaining valuable and outcome-based relationships with a diverse customer base, including e-commerce and enterprise-level clients
  • A passion for working with leading-edge, web-based technologies, and a desire to understand Annex Cloud's benefits, use cases, and technical elements
  • Self-motivation, a quick learning ability, and a team-player mindset, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills, with a comfort level in ambiguity and rapid change
  • Outstanding organizational and multi-tasking skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Excellent telephone and email etiquette, with a professional demeanor and a customer-centric approach

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Experience working in Loyalty and/or marketing with e-commerce, with a deep understanding of SaaS
  • Bilingual English-Spanish language skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers across languages
  • A US-based location, preferably on the East Coast, to facilitate collaboration with US and European teams
