Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Software Engineer to join our Video Stage Designing team. As a Senior Backend Improvement Engineer, you will oversee the improvement of various basic stages relating to sound/video organization, real-time profoundly simultaneous Live games, and VOD (Video On Request) contents across the globe. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that contents are ingested on time and distributed according to the timetable, surfacing at different touchpoints in our Hotstar application.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement video stages for seamless content ingestion and distribution across our platform
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth content operations and related activities
• Develop and maintain scalable, efficient, and reliable software systems to support our video stage designing needs
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to video content ingestion and distribution
• Work closely with our engineering team to ensure alignment with company-wide technical strategies and goals
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to the improvement of our overall codebase

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on backend engineering and video content processing
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Java, Python, or C++
