Job Summary

As a Dutch Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for customers in the Netherlands and Belgium, providing top-notch support via phone, chat, and email. You will work closely with our team to resolve customer queries, ensure timely case closure, and maintain high customer satisfaction levels. Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Communication: Interact with customers via phone, chat, and email to resolve queries and provide product information.
  • Case Management: Track and follow cases to ensure efficient and timely closure.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Maintain high customer satisfaction levels, representing a major brand.
  • Account Management: Assist customers with managing and securing their accounts and passwords.
  • Technical Support: Set up repairs for hardware-related issues and escalate unresolved cases to 2nd level support Interaction Experts.
  • Continuous Improvement: Contribute to improving customer service processes and procedures.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Language Skills: Fluency in Dutch and advanced English knowledge.
  • Technical Familiarity: Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS, or comparable technology, is preferred.
  • Customer Experience: Prior customer support experience is an advantage.
  • Troubleshooting Skills: Strong troubleshooting skills to resolve customer issues efficiently.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
