Key Responsibilities
As a Technical Business Systems Analyst Apprentice, you'll play a vital role in bridging the gap between business and technology. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Gathering and analyzing requirements from stakeholders to identify business needs and opportunities for improvement
- Designing and implementing solutions to address business needs using low-code and no-code platforms (e.g., Salesforce, ServiceNow)
- Administering applications like Salesforce to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance
- Utilizing project management skills to coordinate and execute projects from start to finish
How the Program Works
During your apprenticeship with Catalyte, you'll develop and hone your foundational skills in technical business systems analysis under the guidance of our experienced team. You'll work on real projects for one of our clients, gaining hands-on experience and building a portfolio of work. Upon completion, you'll earn a certification that will be essential in growing your future technical business systems analysis career.
Who Can Apply
We're looking for individuals who are passionate about planning, organization, and leadership, and are eager to jumpstart their career as a technical business systems analysis apprentice. To be eligible, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Have basic proficiency using a computer and the internet
- Be a U.S. citizen or eligible to work in the U.S. for 30 continuous months from your first day
- Be available to work full-time from approximately 9 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday
- Be a current Vermont resident (targeting this specific opportunity)
Pay and Benefits
You'll receive your local minimum wage for 30 hours per week for the first 20 weeks. Starting in week 21, pay will increase to $40,000 per year, paid hourly ($19.24). You'll also receive additional benefits, including:
