Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced Licensed Sales Representative to join our team on an evening shift, working remotely with a 4-day week option. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for driving sales growth through inbound and outbound interactions, utilizing your strong sales skills to deliver a proven sales method that uncovers customer needs, identifies gaps in coverage, and recommends solutions to fully protect customers. Your primary goal will be to build a case to positively influence the decision to purchase Allstate's products and products within the Allstate family of companies.

Responsibilities:

* Work from home to drive sales growth for the organization by connecting with interested prospective customers via inbound and outbound calls, live chat, SMS, etc.

  • Utilize your insurance expertise to uncover prospects' needs, identify gaps in coverage, recommend solutions from across a broad product portfolio of Allstate products, and convert them into customers using a proven sales strategy.
  • Develop positive working relationships with clients and teammates.
  • Be able to explain the differences in the competition's products.
  • Possess strong computer skills with the ability to learn and multitask within multiple quoting systems.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales goals.
  • Maintain an upbeat, positive, and enthusiastic attitude daily.
  • Willingness to learn and be coachable.
  • Ability to handle a high volume of sales opportunities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to compose thoughts quickly, type quickly, and have strong spelling, grammar, and punctuation.

Insurance Agent Requirements:
