About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Finance Manager to join our team in a remote work-from-home setting. As a key member of our Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team, you'll play a critical role in driving business growth and success. Key Responsibilities

• Led the development and implementation of complex cross-functional projects, working closely with the FP&A CC team, peer finance groups, and colleagues to create and deliver business cases and presentations.
• Owned, planned, and communicated complex analyses to support key business initiatives and decisions.
• Presented financial reports and analysis to stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations to drive business growth and improvement.
• Led the Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and Quality Improvement Process (QIP) for Corporate G&A capabilities.
• Cultivated and maintained cross-functional relationships across the organization, working closely with FP&A CC teams and colleagues to drive business results.
• Developed and delivered training programs to colleagues and peers, sharing knowledge and best practices in financial planning and analysis.

Requirements and Qualifications

We're looking for a highly skilled and experienced finance professional who can lead our FP&A team to success. To be considered for this role, you'll need:

• At least 4 years of experience leading cross-functional teams and projects.
• 7+ years of experience in financial analysis, planning, and business development.
• 4+ years of experience in process improvement and change management.
• Proven track record of developing and delivering business cases and presentations to senior stakeholders.
