About the Role

We are seeking an experienced IT Helpdesk Support Specialist to join our international team. As a key member of our Service Desk, you will be responsible for providing technical support for hardware, software, and mobile devices on the first level. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support for hardware, software, and mobile devices on the first level, resolving software, hardware, and device issues reported by end-users.
  • Document user issues meticulously in our IT Service Management (ITSM) tool.
  • Adhere to established processes and update knowledge documents to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate closely with onsite IT technicians to ensure seamless support and resolution of complex issues.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual with a strong background in IT support. The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Fluent German and English (written and spoken) communication skills - a must-have.
  • A good understanding of Information Technology trends, products, and solutions.
  • 1+ years of experience in a similar position supporting a variety of technologies and services.
  • In-depth knowledge of:
    • Windows OS (Windows 10 & 11)
    • Microsoft Office & Office 365 applications
    • PC/Laptop hardware
    • PC/Laptop peripherals, including printers
    • Mobile devices
  • BASIC knowledge of:
    • Active Directory
    • Exchange
  • Familiarity with the Service Now ticketing system is an advantage.
  • Able to declare a Criminal record extract not older than 3 months.
