Customer Resource Representative

Spherion Fort Myers is seeking a friendly and efficient Customer Resource Representative to be the first point of contact for our valued customers. In this role, you will be crucial in creating a positive and streamlined service experience. You will greet and assist customers, guide them through our kiosk check-in and appointment system, and perform basic document review and transaction processing. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented individual with excellent customer service skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment. This is a part-time seasonal temporary position and will end in Mid-March. Responsibilities: Greet customers warmly and assist them with the check-in process using our self-service kiosk. Perform a basic review of customer documents to accurately identify their service needs before issuing a service ticket. Guide customers on how to book, reschedule, or cancel appointments using the kiosk and other front-desk systems. Process and distribute Express Lane registrations and other expedited service documents efficiently. Conduct general transaction processing with a high degree of accuracy. Physically verify Vehicle Identification Numbers (VINs) and odometer readings as required for service processing. Perform other administrative and front-desk tasks as needed to ensure a smooth workflow and positive customer experience. Working hours: 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM Skills: Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment. Proficiency in using computer systems and a comfort level with assisting others with technology (e.g., self-service kiosks). A keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in document review and transaction processing. Education: High School Experience: 0-1 years Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED is required.
