Job Description:

This is a fully remote nursing role that allows you to use your clinical judgment and communication skills in a telephonic environment. You’ll handle incoming calls from patients and caregivers, perform comprehensive assessments, and offer guidance based on protocols, triage tools, and nursing expertise. Requirements:

• Active, unrestricted RN license (multi-state compact license preferred)

• Minimum 3 years of clinical experience in acute care, ER, urgent care, or family practice

• Experience in telephonic triage or remote nursing strongly preferred

• Strong clinical judgment and the ability to remain calm under pressure

• Excellent verbal communication and documentation skills

• Proficient with electronic health records and phone-based triage software

• Located in the U.S. with a reliable internet connection and quiet work environment

Responsibilities:

• Manage incoming patient calls and assess symptoms using evidence-based protocols

• Document triage outcomes and ensure proper referral or escalation when necessary

• Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and care teams

• Provide education and reassurance to patients and caregivers

• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA and nursing standards
