Key Responsibilities

• Accurately enter prescription data, insurance details, and customer information into the system.

• Ensure all data entries are correct, complete, and processed in a timely manner.

• Handle confidential information with care, adhering to HIPAA guidelines.

• Review and verify data for inconsistencies or errors, and make corrections as needed.

• Maintain accurate records of work performed and track all completed tasks.

• Assist with other administrative tasks as needed, including document management and customer service support.

• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly productivity and accuracy goals.

• Collaborate with other team members to resolve data discrepancies and ensure compliance with company standards.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in data entry or healthcare administration is a plus.

• Previous experience in data entry or administrative support, preferably in a healthcare or insurance setting.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and data entry software.

• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote work environment.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information in accordance with HIPAA regulations.

• Must have a reliable internet connection and a dedicated home office space.
