- As part of the Revenue Recovery Department you will assist and work with a team of registered nurses, coding professionals and billing professionals to help ensure that our clients receive the reimbursement they are entitled to
- Retrieving patient medical records from various Hospital systems
- Generating and preparing patient itemized bills in appropriate formats for internal and external audits
- extracting/entering necessary information from/to Hospital patient accounting systems
- Making Phone Calls to Post Acute Healthcare Facilities to obtain information needed on patients
- Running and Creating reports
- Assisting with any other information gathering or data entry as needed by recovery team
- Scanning and indexing of documents

Job description We are currently seeking a numbers/data/excel savvy candidate to join our team as a full Project Associate to support our West Hempstead Office based team. This position is a hybrid position with mixed remote and in office work. 2/3 days on off mix. Jzanus Consulting is a leading provider of Health Information Management and Revenue Integrity Services.
