Position: GenAI Technical Lead

Location: 100% Remote (EST time zone)

Summary

• This role requires a blend of deep technical expertise in AI/ML and cloud engineering with the leadership skills to influence solution design, mentor peers, and drive innovation. The Tech Lead will play a key role in migrating existing ML models to Generative AI, orchestrating autonomous agents, and delivering production-ready systems in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• AI Expertise: 6+ years hands-on experience in Artificial Intelligence with a portfolio of innovative, technically complex projects.
• Software Engineering: Minimum 2 years of experience building, deploying, and owning production systems.
• Cloud Proficiency: Advanced skills in Microsoft Azure and/or Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform); strong ability to deploy, scale, and automate cloud-native solutions.
• Web Frameworks: Expert in FastAPI and modern web frameworks, architecting high-performance asynchronous services.
• Generative AI: Experience migrating traditional ML models to GenAI, including work with multimodal LLMs, SLMs, and BERT.
• Agentic AI: Proficient in designing, building, and orchestrating agent-based automation systems.
• Vector Databases: Production-grade experience with FAISS, Pinecone, or AzureAISearch; expertise in embeddings at scale.
• Programming: Strong Python skills.
• APIs & Pipelines: Deep experience designing and building REST, async, and streaming APIs and data pipelines.
• Algorithm Optimization: Skilled in testing, validating, and tuning algorithms for reliability and performance.
• Data Preparation: Advanced preprocessing and feature engineering with unstructured and complex data.
