Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist – Retirement Plan Administration and Benefits Management

As a key member of our economic advantages crew, you will be accountable for the daily administration of the 401(k) plan and other plans, working closely with senior leadership and internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulations and optimize plan design.
About the Role
As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including:
- Managing third-party administrators (TPAs) and business partners to ensure compliance with contractual agreements and regulatory requirements
- Analyzing data and providing insights to senior management to inform plan design decisions
- Developing and implementing process improvements to streamline operations and enhance the employee experience
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and ensure accurate administration of benefits plans
- Managing digital eligibility files and discrepancies to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations
- Developing and implementing business solutions to meet the needs of our employees and the business
- Modeling compliance with company policies and procedures and supporting business initiatives, values, and standards of ethics and integrity
What You'll Bring
* 2+ years of experience in data entry, benefits administration, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and identify trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior leadership, internal stakeholders, and external partners
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience with benefits administration software and systems, including 401(k) plan management
- Strong understanding of retirement plans and benefits administration, including compliance with regulatory requirements
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
