Join Our Team

We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Remote Data Entry Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our business processing team, you'll play a vital role in fielding client inquiries, providing innovative solutions, and working collaboratively with our team to drive exceptional customer experiences.

About the Role

This is a full-time, remote position with a 40-hour workweek, Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM CT. As a Remote Data Entry Specialist, you'll have the opportunity to work independently and collaboratively, growing and challenging yourself to discover your full potential.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • High School Diploma: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • 1-2 Years of Work Experience: You'll need at least 1-2 years of experience in a working environment, preferably in an office setting.
  • Basic PC/Internet Skills: You'll need introductory knowledge of Microsoft products, including Word, Outlook, and Excel.
  • Typing Speed: A typing speed of 40 wpm+ is required.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent customer service and organizational skills are essential.
  • Attention to Detail: You'll need strong attention to detail to accurately translate information and meet client requirements.

Duties and Responsibilities

As a Remote Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Data Entry: Performing data entry with high accuracy, per client's requirements.
  • Manual Identification: Manually identifying and classifying different types of forms (MEDI).
  • Document Classification: Classifying documents based on client's requirements.
  • Task Completion: Working on different tasks, including data entry, verification, MEDI, and other DE tasks, based on established procedures and guidelines.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to problem-solve independently and effectively.
  • Compliance: Complying with company policies and standards.
