Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service/Data Entry Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Data Entry: You will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering claims information into our claims management systems, ensuring that all data is up-to-date and accurate.
  • Follow-up: You will follow up on missing information to process claims, ensuring that all necessary documentation is received and processed in a timely manner.
  • Invoice Review: You will review invoices to ensure accuracy, identifying and resolving any discrepancies or issues.
  • Report Compilation: You will compile reports from systems with claims information, providing valuable insights and data to our clients.
  • Customer Service: You will provide exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • High School Diploma: You must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Work Experience: You must have at least 6 months to 1 year of work experience in a related field.
  • Basic Computer and Typing Skills: You must have basic computer and typing skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
  • Strong Attention to Detail: You must have strong attention to detail, with the ability to accurately and efficiently enter data and process claims.
  • Unrestricted Work Authorization: You must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States.

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business administration or computer science.
  • Data Entry Experience: Previous experience in data entry, with a strong understanding of claims management systems.
