  • Escalating complex issues to senior team members as needed
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Staying up-to-date with product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers

Responsibilities in Detail:

* Responding to customer inquiries via online chat in a timely and professional manner: + Answer customer inquiries and provide them with accurate information about products, services, and policies + Respond to customers in a friendly and professional manner + Type quickly and accurately to ensure timely responses

  • Identifying and resolving customer issues in a calm and courteous manner:

+ Help customers resolve issues quickly and to their satisfaction + Research the issue, communicate with other team members, and find creative solutions that meet the customer's needs + Escalate complex issues to senior team members as needed

  • Accurately documenting customer interactions in a CRM system:

+ Document each customer interaction accurately and completely + Include any solutions that were offered or implemented + Maintain accurate records of customer interactions to ensure a high level of customer service

  • Escalating complex issues to senior team members as needed:

+ Recognize when an issue is beyond your ability to resolve + Escalate the issue to the appropriate person or department + Collaborate with senior team members to resolve complex issues

  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction:

+ Work closely with other departments to ensure that customer issues are resolved quickly + Communicate with shipping, returns, or other departments to resolve issues that affect customers + Ensure that customer issues are resolved to the customer's satisfaction

  • Staying up-to-date with product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers:

+ Stay informed about the latest products and policies + Attend training sessions or read product manuals to stay up-to-date + Provide accurate information to customers about products and services

Requirements
