Key Responsibilities

• Provide inbound customer support via phone, email, or chat
• Help customers prepare their tax returns and resolve any related issues
• Track, document, and retrieve information in databases
• Offer additional products and/or services to customers
• Deliver expert customer experiences with a smile, ensuring high customer satisfaction ratings

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Recent tax experience and a high school diploma or GED
• At least 1 year of customer service experience, with a strong focus on problem-solving and conflict resolution
• A quiet, distraction-free environment to work from in your home, with a reliable high-speed internet connection and a smartphone
• Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge, with proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking and eagerness to learn new technologies
• A desktop or laptop to complete PC and internet testing during the application process, with a work computer provided after the first day of training

• Reside within 50 miles of Jackson, Mississippi or Montgomery, Alabama
• Be a U.S. citizen or have a valid U.S. address for residence
• Be authorized to work in the United States
