About the Role: Client Success Specialist

As a Client Success Specialist at Workwarp, you'll be an integral part of our Delivery Team, responsible for ensuring that our clients - primarily schools and school districts - receive the highest level of service and support. Your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional client experiences, fostering positive relationships, and driving long-term success for our educational clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Onboarding: Spearhead the onboarding process for new schools and districts, ensuring a seamless transition and addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
  • Customer Care & Support: Respond to client inquiries via email, providing timely and effective support to ensure high levels of satisfaction and resolve any issues promptly.
  • Email & Account Management: Manage client communications, maintain accurate and organized records of interactions, and oversee account details for each school or district.
  • Meeting Coordination: Schedule and participate in client meetings with educational institutions, ensure follow-up on action items, and maintain clear communication channels.
  • Client Advocacy: Serve as a client advocate, collaborating with internal teams to ensure that the specific needs of schools and districts are met and expectations are exceeded.

Essential and Preferred Qualifications:

To excel in this role, you'll need:

  • 2+ years of experience in Client Services or Customer Success, preferably working with schools or educational institutions.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal skills, with the ability to handle client concerns professionally, empathetically, and efficiently.
  • Organizational Skills: Proven ability to manage multiple accounts within the education sector, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with CRM Software: Experience with CRM platforms and account management tools is a plus, with at least 1 year of experience preferred.
  • Pacific Standard Time (PST) preferred: To support optimal communication with our clients and team.
