About the Role: Service Associate - Onboarding

We're on the lookout for talented and ambitious individuals to join our team as Service Associates - Onboarding. As the first point of contact for new employees and hiring managers, you'll play a vital role in ensuring a seamless onboarding experience. Your responsibilities will include coordinating requests, facilitating onboarding sessions, and ensuring compliance with local government requirements. If you're a graduate or post-graduate with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate requests and delivery of all provisioning items by new hire's start date, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
• Facilitate onboarding sessions, welcoming new employees, and facilitating paperwork completion and processing.
• Ensure employee data collected at the onboarding stage reaches HR systems in a timely manner, maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
• Comply with local government requirements in a timely manner, demonstrating a commitment to regulatory adherence.
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of IBM's business, structure, strategy, and news to provide insightful support to new employees.
• Proactively identify and resolve potential issues, reprioritizing work to meet the ever-changing needs of internal and external customers.
• Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, working collaboratively with internal customers and external suppliers to drive problem-solving and process improvements.

Essential Qualifications:

• Graduate or Post-Graduate degree in any stream, demonstrating a strong academic foundation.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both oral and written, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
• 1-2 years of experience in HR Onboarding processes for International IT/ITES companies, showcasing a deep understanding of best practices.
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel and Word, with the ability to leverage technology to drive efficiency and productivity.
• Ability to think critically and develop robust solutions to complex issues, meeting the needs of the business.
• Excellent Customer Service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels within the organization.
• High degree of numeracy skills with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in work.
• Teamwork and collaboration, with the ability to work well within a team to drive shared goals and objectives.
