About the Role

The Pharmacy Customer Service Associate will be the primary point of contact for customers, providing them with courteous, friendly, fast, and efficient assistance. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of pharmacy operations, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services.
  • Resolve customer issues and answer inquiries to ensure a positive client experience.
  • Model and convey a particular and great client experience, including relational propensities and Walgreens administration qualities.
  • Register client buys on doled out sales register, collects cash and disseminates change as mentioned; processes voids, returns, postponements, discounts, and trades depending on the situation.
  • Perform obligations as relegated by Drug store Director, Staff Drug specialist, and Senior supervisor, including using drug store frameworks to enter patient and medication data.
  • Help drug specialists in booking and keeping up with work process, and report remedy mistakes to drug specialist on the job.
  • Process (revises and resubmits) manual cases for outsider program remedy administrations in a convenient and productive way.
  • Assist with division of food things and item position as determined by strategies/methods.
  • Take on web get obligations, including screening orders and conveying requests to clients.
  • Help with outside and inside upkeep by guaranteeing perfect, flawless, deliberate store condition and appearance.

Essential Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate in English (except in Puerto Rico).
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekend hours.
  • PTCB certification (preferred but not required).

Preferred Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following preferred qualifications:

  • At least six months of experience in a retail environment.
  • Previous work experience with Walgreens.
  • Strong numerical abilities, including counting, measuring, and weighing prescriptions.
  • Good computer skills and knowledge of store inventory control.
