Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team through the ideation, technical development, and launch of progressive products, leveraging your expertise in data entry and product management to drive innovation and execution.
• Collaborate with global-class engineers and designers to force product improvement and ensure seamless integration of data entry processes.
• Attract, build, manage, and expand a skilled, diverse, equitable, and inclusive team of product managers and product leaders, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
• Establish a shared vision across the agency by building consensus on priorities leading to product execution, and define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products.
• Integrate usability studies, research, and market analysis into product requirements to enhance user experience, and understand Facebook's strategic and competitive role in delivering products that are recognized as great within the industry.
• Maximize efficiency in a continuously evolving environment where the process is fluid, and innovative solutions are the norm, leveraging your expertise in data entry to drive process improvements.

Essential Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in product management and/or product design, with a strong background in data entry and management.
• 3+ years of experience operating collaboratively with engineering, design, and user research groups, with a proven track record of successful product launches.
• Critical thinking/analytical management experience, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and drive data-driven decision making.
• Experience communicating to senior government audiences, with excellent presentation and communication skills.
• 3+ years of experience hiring, managing, and growing both individual contributors and senior leaders, with a strong focus on talent development and team building.
• BA/BS in Computer Science or a related subject, with a strong foundation in data structures, algorithms, and software engineering.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-centered technology business, with a deep understanding of user needs and preferences.
• Experience building 0-1 products, platform/environment products, or marketplaces, with a proven track record of innovation and entrepreneurship.
• Strong understanding of data entry principles, practices, and technologies, with experience in data management and analysis.
