Job Overview

As a remote Customer Service Representative, you will work from the comfort of your own home, interfacing with customers via inbound/outbound calls and/or the Internet. Your primary responsibility will be to provide customer service support and resolve routine problems and questions regarding our client's products and/or services.   • Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide to ensure seamless and efficient issue resolution

  • 1+ year of customer service experience, preferably in a remote or call center environment
  • A high school diploma or GED, with a strong foundation in communication, problem-solving, and time management
  • A quiet, distraction-free environment to work from in your home, with a reliable computer, high-speed internet, and a smartphone
  • Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge, with the ability to learn new technologies quickly
