Job Overview

In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional training experiences to 14 CFR Part 121 certified Air service pilots in Flight training for Delta Air Lines or external DPS clients. As a Data Entry Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting the Fleet standard programs, coordinating with instructors, and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders. Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and assist with Fleet standard programs for all raise DCLC (Delta Captain Leadership Course) and Pilot Indoctrination
• Coordinate DCLC monthly instructor schedule and student roster
• Maintain strong relationships with training development/Media manager, Analytics manager, and key growth stakeholders
• Support all raise in-school classroom courseware and logistics for DCLC and Pilot Leadership
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with Pilot in Command and Second in Command responsibilities, roles, and responsibilities
• Present organized briefings and lead interactive discussions, adhering to approved curricula and logistical control of classroom and training resources
• Provide exceptional customer service, prioritizing safety and security of self, others, and personal data

Essential Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency
• At least 18 years of age and authorized to work in the United States
• Airline Transport Pilot certificate with aircraft Multiengine Land class
• Minimum 2,000 hours as Pilot in Command at a 14 CFR Part 121 certified Air carrier
• Familiarity with technology required for the position, including Apple iPad tablet, MS PowerPoint, and company information systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the aviation industry
• Strong knowledge of 14 CFR Part 121 regulations and requirements
• Experience with instructional design and adult learning principles
• Proficiency in multiple software applications, including MS Office and Google Suite
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays
