About the Role

On a daily basis, you will explore data, formulate problem statements, develop and deploy predictive models while monitoring them in production, and lead the team in achieving their objectives. Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance and optimize search algorithms for improved accuracy, relevance, and overall user experience.
• Experiment with Proof of Concept Machine Learning model improvements, scale them to production, and run iterative A/B experiments to enhance our matching technology while collaborating with other teams.
• Define and clarify project objectives, deliverables, and success metrics in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders, facilitating effective communication and understanding of project goals and outcomes.
• Mentor and develop other software engineers, data scientists, and Machine Learning Engineers across teams.
• Break down large Machine Learning projects into components that deliver incremental business value and lead the team through implementing them.
• Represent Indeed at major Machine Learning conferences like Neural Information Processing Systems (NeurIPS), International Conference on Machine Learning (ICML), and International Conference on Learning Representations (ICLR).

Essential Qualifications
