About the Role: Customer Care Representative

As a Customer Care Representative at Teleperformance, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service and support to our clients' customers. Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide excellent customer service through active listening and empathy
  • Work with confidential customer information and treat it sensitively
  • Aim to resolve customer issues on the first call by being proactive and solution-focused
  • Communicate effectively with customers, using clear and concise language
  • Utilize your problem-solving skills to address customer concerns and provide solutions
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge and best practices

What We're Looking For:

Essential Qualifications:

  • Over 18 years of age
  • High School Graduate or GED
  • Logical problem-solving skills
  • Availability to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • Ability to handle heavy incoming call volume
  • Proficiency in using Windows operating systems
  • Typing speed of 25 words per minute (wpm)
  • Predictable and reliable attendance

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 6-12 months of customer service experience
  • Consistent work history
  • Proven oral and written communication skills
  • Some technical background or experience

Work from Home Requirements:

As this is a remote work opportunity, you will need to provide a personal device that meets the following requirements:

  • Desktop, laptop, or tablet with Windows 11 or later
  • Wired Ethernet LAN connection
  • Internet connection with a minimum subscribed download rate of 12.0 Mbps and upload rate of 3.0 Mbps
  • Internet Service Provider (ISP) with no packet loss and ping under 50ms
  • Proof of internet speed may be required
  • Clean and quiet workspace
