Responsibilities:
As a Customer Support Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and executing customer success metrics and account strategies to drive growth and retention
- Building trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication, including virtual meetings using Zoom and other platforms
- Monitoring, identifying, and mitigating account-level risks and up-selling opportunities, aligning product and customer roadmaps, and delivering customer renewals
- Presenting to families different benefits programs, enrolling new clients, and opening new accounts
- Overseeing and prioritizing each customer in your portfolio to ensure exceptional service and support
Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:
- A passion for helping others and delivering exceptional customer experiences
Must be a US or Canadian citizen
* Proven ability to work as a productive team member, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivation and a strong work ethic, with the ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency with computers and Zoom (or similar video conferencing platforms)
- Ability to form and grow solid relationships with client accounts, with a focus on building trust and loyalty
