  • Customer Service Representatives: Communicate and resolve customer concerns, maintain existing relationships, and provide exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

As an Entry-Level Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Engaging with new members and guiding them through the benefits enrollment process, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience.
  • Customizing benefits plans for clients, taking into account their unique needs and preferences.
  • Fostering relationships with existing and new clients, building trust and loyalty through exceptional customer service.
  • Performing administrative duties as needed, including data entry, documentation, and record-keeping.
  • Enrolling niche market clients into exclusive benefit programs, leveraging your knowledge of benefits and industry trends.
  • Managing benefits for union and association members, ensuring accuracy and completeness of all documentation.
  • Providing excellent customer service and support for employee benefits inquiries, resolving routine and complex issues independently.
  • Collaborating effectively with team members to achieve shared goals and objectives.
