Job Summary

The Analyst, Onboard & Leisure Product is a key position that requires a highly analytical and operational individual to contribute to the company's product development, reporting, and operational support. This role will be responsible for providing analytical and operational support for onboard product tasks, including the enhancement of contemporary experience products (hotels, tour insurance, on-board products) and the layout and implementation of new products. The successful candidate will be the subject matter expert for onboard product applications and tasks, control of Sun Country's in-flight menu, entertainment, and product applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to product development, reporting, and operational support
• Provide analytical and operational support for onboard product tasks
• Enhance contemporary experience products (hotels, tour insurance, on-board products)
• Layout and implementation of new products
• Control of Sun Country's in-flight menu, entertainment, and product applications
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including senior management, flight crews, and vendors
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency
• Develop and implement data-driven solutions to improve onboard product offerings and customer experience
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure Sun Country remains competitive

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or operations management
• At least 1 year of experience in product, operations, or application control
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop innovative solutions
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
• Strong technical skills, with proficiency in Excel and experience with Python or R a plus

Preferred Qualifications

In addition to the essential qualifications, the following preferred qualifications would be beneficial:

• Onboard experience, either as a flight attendant or working closely with flight crews at the operations side
• Experience in the airline or hospitality industry
• Strong knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools, such as SQL and Tableau
• Experience with project management methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum
