Job Summary
As our Director of Healthcare Data Management, you'll be responsible for leading the development and implementation of data management processes across the organization. You'll work closely with senior leadership to identify business opportunities, develop strategic partnerships, and drive business growth. Key Responsibilities

- Develop and manage project plans to achieve business objectives
- Lead and manage a team of data analysts and business development professionals
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including IT, finance, and operations teams
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with data management and business development initiatives
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Provide training and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, healthcare, data analysis)
- At least 2 years of experience in data management and business development
- Proven track record of driving business growth and improving data management processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
- Strong leadership and management skills, with experience leading and managing a team of professionals
- Ability to travel up to 20% of the time for business purposes
Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working in the healthcare industry, with a focus on data management and business development
- Certification in data analysis or business development (e.g., Certified Data Analyst, Certified Business Development Professional)
