Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Customer Service Associate, you'll be responsible for:

- Assisting the Contact Center: Provide support to our Contact Center by handling inbound phone calls from customers, as needed.

- Serving as a Subject Matter Expert: Act as a subject matter expert for various process flows, providing guidance and support to colleagues.
