Position Overview

  • Meet or exceed performance metrics such as customer satisfaction, response time, and resolution rate
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
  • Adhere to Amazon's policies and procedures to ensure compliance and quality service

Qualifications

* Prior experience in customer service or a related field is preferred, but not required

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, internal teams, and stakeholders
  • Ability to navigate through multiple software applications efficiently, with a focus on customer relationship management (CRM) systems and other relevant tools
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to analyze complex customer issues and develop effective solutions
