Job Description

As a strategic Workday partner, Jade Global is seeking an experienced Workday Solution Architect Functional who will play a key role in designing, architecting, and delivering scalable Workday solutions across HCM modules. The ideal candidate will have deep functional expertise, proven customer engagement experience, and strong presales exposure to translate business requirements into best-fit Workday solutions.

Solution Architecture & Design

• Lead the overall solutioning and architecture across Workday HCM modules (Core HCM, Absence, Compensation, Benefits, Talent & Performance, Recruiting, Payroll, Time Tracking, etc.).
• Translate complex business requirements into scalable Workday configurations and integrations.
• Ensure solution alignment with Workday best practices and customer business goals.

Customer Interaction & Presales & Advisory

• Support sales and presales activities by creating solution demos, responding to RFPs/RFIs, and presenting Workday capabilities.
• Engage with customers as a trusted advisor for Workday HCM solutioning.
• Partner with business development teams to showcase Jade s Workday delivery strengths and value propositions.
• Provide thought leadership and contribute to go-to-market strategies.

Delivery & Governance

• Oversee end-to-end solution delivery, ensuring quality and adherence to timelines.
• Provide governance and guidance to implementation teams.
• Mentor consultants and promote capability building within the practice.
• Contribute to building accelerators, frameworks, and reusable assets.

Qualification

• Overall 10 yrs of experience, deep understanding of Workday solutions and its ecosystem with 5+ Years of working experience and hands-on knowledge of Workday Implementations
• SME level knowledge on Workday HCM
• 5+ Years of pre-sales experience
• Workday implementation certification(s) is added advantage
• Demonstrate strong personal communication and executive presence to establish interest, credibility, and trust.
