About the Role

This part-time, remote position offers flexible scheduling opportunities, allowing you to work up to 4 hours a day. As a Data Entry and Call Support Specialist, you'll be the first line of contact for Netflix customers, providing top-notch support and ensuring their questions are answered promptly and efficiently. You'll work closely with customers via phone, assisting them in navigating the Netflix platform, answering queries related to subscriptions, troubleshooting connectivity issues, and guiding users on how to utilize various features of the service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional call support to Netflix customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Accurately enter customer information and data into the Netflix system, maintaining attention to detail and ensuring data integrity.
  • Update customer records and maintain logs of customer interactions, providing valuable insights to enhance customer service processes.

Essential Qualifications
