About the Role

As a Senior Software Engineer on the Netflix Studio UI team, you will play a pivotal role in developing high-impact, scalable, and flexible systems that not only enhance the user experience but also provide critical business insights for our partners. This is a full-time, remote opportunity with the flexibility to work from anywhere, offering a competitive salary of $26 per hour.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop high-performance, scalable web applications and services that meet the evolving needs of Netflix's global user base.
• Surface critical data insights that inform business decisions and drive the success of Netflix's content strategy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other engineers, to deliver innovative solutions that exceed user expectations.
• Own and resolve complex technical issues, leveraging your expertise in system design, microservices architecture, and server-side development with Java or other object-oriented languages.
• Drive technical innovation and best practices within the team, staying abreast of the latest technologies and trends in software development.
• Develop workflow-based front ends that empower Netflix's partners to create and manage their campaign plans effectively.
• Build scalable applications that enable efficient management, measurement, and learning from Netflix's paid, owned, and earned media efforts.

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
