We're looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Product Designer to join our Accomplice Enablement Stage XD team, a crucial part of our global partner ecosystem. As a lead-level Product Designer, you'll be responsible for crafting top-tier Netflix platform experiences that scale our global presence through partnerships with telecoms, device makers, game studios, advertisers, and data centers.

About Our Team

Our team designs the enterprise ecosystem that enables Netflix to reach a global audience. We create the core capabilities and technology for the next generation of Netflix experiences, including games. Our team's superpower is the ability to design creatively and collaboratively in highly technical environments. As a Senior Product Designer, you'll be one of the lead architects who shape the applications, tools, and services that enable these experiences and partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and execution of enterprise experiences that power Netflix's partner experiences, enabling Netflix to be featured on any device, anywhere.
• Identify, analyze, and drive strategic partner initiatives that enable cutting-edge experiences, such as integrating Netflix into device home screens and partnering with the world's biggest brands.
• Create design briefs that provide business, design, and engineering clarity for critical projects, ensuring seamless collaboration across cross-functional teams.
• Work closely with engineers, product managers, data scientists, tech scholars, and business teams to develop and iterate on new concepts and facilitate product execution.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Design or Computer Science.
• 3+ years of experience as a Product Designer (or equivalent experience) in a B2B or B2B2C space, driving high-impact projects from concept to execution in technical business areas.
• Experience working in technical ecosystems, with a knack for reducing complex problems down to the right balance of flexibility, power, and usability.
• A versatile portfolio that showcases your problem-solving skills, highlighting strong experience designing across products, platforms, and personas.
• Experience working with design systems and the ability to identify and extend shared patterns and behaviors.
