Job Responsibilities
As a Recruiter for Wendy's Wonderful Kids, your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing recruitment plans: Create and implement strategies to generate a culturally diverse pool of resource families for children in need.
- Coordinating necessary authorizations: Ensure that all necessary authorizations are in place to utilize photos of children in the recruitment process.
- Conducting monthly visits: Travel throughout the state to conduct monthly visits with referred children, including assessing their needs and developing plans to support them.
- Hosting child-focused recruitment events: Organize and host events or activities in the service area to engage with community members and promote the Wendy's Wonderful Kids program.
- Completing monthly statistical and programmatic reports: Submit timely and accurate reports to track program progress and identify areas for improvement.
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Human Services, or equivalent field: A degree in a related field is essential, with a Master's degree being a plus.
- Prior adoption social work experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in adoption social work is required.
