Job Summary

As a Client Travel Representative, you'll be responsible for maintaining relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our travel services, and resolving any issues they may encounter. You'll be the face of our company, and your exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to think creatively will make all the difference in delivering an unforgettable travel experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

* Answer client travel inquiries and provide information about our products and services

  • Market to gain new clients and work closely with existing clients to understand their needs and provide tailored travel itineraries to meet their requirements
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty
  • Resolve any issues or concerns that clients may have in a timely and professional manner
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure that our clients receive the best possible service
  • Collaborate with our team to identify opportunities for growth and improvement

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in customer service or a related field (experience in the travel industry is a plus)

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g. hospitality, tourism, business) is a plus

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in the travel industry (agency, tour operator, etc.)

  • Knowledge of travel industry software and systems
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Fluency in a second language (e.g. Spanish, French, Mandarin)
