As a result of our growth, we are seeking an experienced and motivated Full Stack Customer Support Representative to join our team of remote professionals.

Key Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Customer Support Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our clients when they have an issue with our software. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer support via email, phone, video chat, screen share, and other communication channels
  • Acting as the first line of support for software issues, troubleshooting, and resolving customer complaints
  • Screen sharing to review customer issues and provide solutions
  • Identifying recurring software issues and suggesting improvements to enhance the overall customer experience
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve software functionality

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience in software/SaaS support, with a strong track record of providing exceptional customer service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex customer issues and provide effective solutions
  • Proficiency in using ticketing systems, email, phone, video chat, and screen sharing tools
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Experience with CRMs, WealthTech, Jira, Confluence, cloud services, operating systems, and/or browsers
  • Knowledge of FinTech industry trends and best practices
  • Experience working with remote teams and managing multiple communication channels
  • Certifications in customer support, software support, or related fields
