Job Summary

As a Remote ESL Teacher, you will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging online lessons to students from diverse backgrounds. You will work closely with our team of educators to develop and implement curriculum materials, assess student progress, and provide feedback to students. Key Responsibilities

* Design and deliver engaging online lessons to students from diverse backgrounds

• Develop and implement curriculum materials that meet the needs of students
• Assess student progress and provide feedback to students
• Collaborate with our team of educators to develop and implement effective teaching strategies
• Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge
• Communicate with students, parents, and colleagues through various channels, including email, phone, and video conferencing
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance
• Participate in regular team meetings and professional development sessions

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant field (e.g., education, linguistics, language arts)

• Teaching certificate or teacher qualification certificate issued by local government/teacher association or state certificate
• More than 1 year of teaching experience in local schools or international schools (including overseas international school teaching experience)
• Strong technology skills, including proficiency in using online learning platforms and tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree or above in a relevant field (e.g., education, linguistics, language arts)

• Experience teaching ESL or English as a second language
• Experience working with online learning platforms and tools
• Experience developing and implementing curriculum materials
