About the role

As an Accounting Analyst Intern at Super.com">Super.com, you will work very closely with our Accounting team gaining exposure to our financial close processes, finance transformation projects, and financial statement audits. You have a passion for numbers, incredible attention to detail, and are ready to build upon your accounting fundamentals/foundation in a real-world, hands-on environment at a fast growing company.

Challenges you'll solve

• Financial Reporting - Assist in the day-to-day accounting activities, help with financial close process, and support the annual financial statement audit
• Accounting Processes - Documenting fundamental accounting processes
• Financial Analysis - Assist with ad hoc projects and perform deep financial assessments to draw key insights and drive sound business decisions

About you

• You are a post-secondary student, working towards a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Math, or a related field with a fundamental knowledge of Accounting principles (ideally 1-2 work terms of experience)
• You are detail-oriented with a demonstrated passion for numbers, data, spreadsheets, and accounting processes
• You have strong work ethic with a desire to contribute in a fast-past environment
• You have strong collaboration skills and can work effectively in a team setting
• You are a self-motivated and open-minded individual with the ability to learn quickly
