- Salesforce Administration - Manage and optimize Salesforce configurations, workflows, and integrations, with an openness to continually enhance expertise in Salesforce and related technologies.
- Data Architecture - Design and maintain robust data models, ensuring accuracy, scalability, and alignment with business objectives, while developing deeper proficiency in data strategies and tools.
- Business Analysis - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze processes, and deliver actionable insights, fostering a mindset of continuous improvement and innovation.
- Project Management - Lead cross-functional projects, ensuring timely delivery of initiatives that align with client success and company goals, while honing project management best practices.
- Strategic Leadership - Act as a trusted advisor to clients and internal teams, providing strategic guidance to align technology and data solutions with our client’s missions, while cultivating strategic thinking and leadership capabilities.
- Earned a bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, or related field.
- Project management experience preferred. Ideally working with Mid-market accounts.
- Have a minimum 2-3+ years of Salesforce experience configuring the platform utilizing best practices. (Salesforce certification preferred but not required). With experience with Non-profit cloud, NPSP, and/or platform app builder.
- Can command the room when dealing with various stakeholders to show transformational value, turn a troubled client situation around, or optimize the solution based on their leading pain point.
- Are well-organized, with high attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and time manage the successful execution.
