The Role

As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for providing timely and accurate data entry support via live chat interactions, inputting and updating customer information and account details with precision, and responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns efficiently. You will collaborate with team members to ensure data accuracy and consistency, adhere to company policies and procedures while maintaining confidentiality, and work closely with the finance and payroll team in the APAC region.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide timely and accurate data entry support via live chat interactions

• Input and update customer information and account details with precision
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns efficiently
• Collaborate with team members to ensure data accuracy and consistency
• Adhere to company policies and procedures while maintaining confidentiality
• Work closely with the finance and payroll team in the APAC region

Desired Candidate Profile:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training in data entry is a plus

• Proven experience in data entry or a related field
• Excellent typing skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Proficiency in using computer systems and software, including live chat platforms

Requirements and Qualifications:
