About the role We are looking for a full time Payment Operations Analyst to join our expanding Card Operations team.
What You Will Be Doing
- Work in our Card Operations team where you will action tasks from our customer support team, and be responsible for helping to resolve day-to-day issues of our customers.
- Work on Card related issues, such as payment investigations and payments analysis / investigation of transactions issues as well as card delivery issues and chargebacks. Please note direct contact with the customers may be required for this role.
- Be involved into building processes for our Payment Operations hub from scratch, and supporting Finom with new market launches.
- Have the opportunity to make a direct impact on how payment services are offered to our customers in both our products and back office systems.
- Communicate with our payment infrastructure providers to escalate requests and track issues;
- Work on daily operational requests with an "improvement mindset", always looking for new opportunities for improvement.
