Manager - Security Cloud Solution Architect (Africa)

Microsoft is seeking a Cloud Solution Architecture Manager- Security (Africa) to lead a team of architects driving customer security transformations on Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 platforms. This people management role ensures customers maximize their Microsoft security investments, focusing on technologies like Zero Trust, Threat Management, and XDR. The manager will provide guidance, develop relationships, and ensure adherence to Microsoft standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or related field AND 15+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, security, information technology (IT) consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting
• Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field AND 8+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting
• 5+ years people management experience, including managing consultant practice managers, technical sales managers, and/or technical architect managers
• Deep technical security experience
• Technical Certification in Cloud (e.g., Azure, Amazon Web Services, Google, Security certifications)
