We are looking for a German-Speaking Sales Executive to join our expanding Inbound Sales Team.
What you'll do:
- Qualifying inbound leads and closing deals.
- Turning leads into customers.
- Activate and engage customers to ensure they start using our product.
- Work closely with other teams to create a seamless sales experience.
- Track and analyze your daily performance, always aiming for improvement.
- Be a true Finom ambassador—understand our product inside out and communicate its value clearly.
What you'll bring:
- Fluency in German is a must
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, with a strong focus on high-volume, inbound sales.
- Strong communication and people skills—you know how to build rapport and close deals.
- You’re organized—you manage multiple customers at different sales stages with ease.
- A results-driven mindset: you set goals and work hard to exceed them.
- Adaptability and resilience—you thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for fintech and eagerness to stay ahead of industry trends. Experience in Fintech, SaaS, or B2B Banking startups is beneficial
- Must-have: fluent English (Additionnal languages are helpful, especially Italian, French, German and Spanish).
- You work well independently but love being part of a team.
- You're ambitious, competitive, and goal-oriented—you love winning!
