Key Responsibilities

As a Sales Professional, you'll be responsible for:

  • Utilizing our exclusive warm lead program to connect with clients who have requested protection plan information
  • Gathering pertinent information from clients to customize their protection plans
  • Researching protection plan options and following up with clients within one to two days on research results
  • Consulting with clients on plan suitability for their specific needs
  • Assisting clients in the plan application process and applying on their behalf to the appropriate carrier for final approval
  • Contacting the carrier for the status of the application and following up with clients on carrier decisions

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A self-motivated and optimistic mindset, with a can-do attitude
  • A U.S. legal resident status
  • A state life and health insurance license (we'll provide support and resources to help you obtain this)
  • Proficiency in phone, laptop or desktop computer, and printer usage
  • Ability to virtually attend weekly meetings (occasionally in person) for sales training, mentorship, and business building

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial:

  • Previous sales experience in the insurance or financial services industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with sales software and technology
