About the Role

As a Sales Representative, you'll work 100% online or over the phone with clients nationwide who are seeking insurance coverage. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Engaging with clients to gather qualifying information about their needs
  • Scheduling online appointments and conducting virtual meetings via Zoom or phone calls
  • Presenting our insurance products and services to clients
  • Building strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty
  • Meeting and exceeding sales targets and performance metrics

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our insurance products and services

  • Build and maintain a large network of clients and prospects
  • Utilize effective sales and communication skills to close deals and meet sales targets
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance sales skills and product knowledge

Essential Qualifications:

* 1-2 years of sales experience in a commission-based environment

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
